Staff One Provides You with These Services:

Temporary:  Use a temporary from Staff One and we pay all payroll taxes, liability insurance, unemployment and workers' compensation. You have an employee when the need arises and pay only an hourly billing rate for hours worked.

Contract:  We assume financial responsibility for many of the peripheral expenses associated with employment such as holiday pay, insurance benefits, sick pay, etc.

Contract to Direct:  This option allows the employee to work at your company for a specified time period while being paid by us.  You pay only an hourly rate for actual hours worked.  Should you decide to hire the person directly, once the time period has lapsed there is no further charge to you to hire the candidate.

Payrolling/Employee Leasing:  Employee Leasing allows you the opportunity to free yourself from the burden of your entire payroll.  Or, we can payroll select individuals at a substantially reduced rate.

Direct Hire:  Being an independent search firm, we offer you the opportunity of hiring one of our candidates directly.  Staff One guarantees all direct placements.  Due to the shortage of skilled candidates, we have designed Access Direct, a unique payment plan to assist you in hiring the best.

Access Direct:  This plan is similar to "contract to direct" employment but the applicant would go directly on your payroll.  This would enable us to recruit the best hourly employees for your openings.  The best candidates are usually employed and would only leave their current jobs if hired directly by you.
