Re-Employment Plan

An individual strategy/plan, along with action steps and timelines is developed to assist the individual in his/her employment transition. This includes a marketing strategy designed to maximize the individual’s existing self-promotional strengths and most adequately target desired positions. Examples of the utilization of existing strengths would be the amount of emphasis placed on either a telemarketing campaign or direct mail campaign or a combination of the two, etc.  Refinement and potential restructuring will occur throughout the transition period. We will continue to re-evaluate the effectiveness of the strategies and probable success of each during this time.
