As positions become available and the information is relayed to us, either by phone, email or fax or subsequent to an on-site visit, the Account Manager assigned to your company, who has that area of expertise would initiate the job search by:

	Checking our database for possible matches in those areas.
	If the job order is immediate, we will call you back within the same day to let you know the progress that we have made.  Most job orders can be filled in two days to one week.
	When we have orders for direct hires, we can recruit from competitive companies with similarly skilled employees.
	In the event that we are unable to fill a work assignment, we have numerous other resources we utilize quite effectively. We could contact job service and other networking facilities in the immediate area. Contact affiliates and subcontractors to activate a search for personnel. We currently have an ongoing referral relationship with many other agencies, as well as being a member of the Wisconsin Association of Personnel Services,  the Wisconsin Association of Staffing Services and the Inter-City Personnel Associates. These networks will further enable us to adequately meet your employment needs.
	Run advertisements in local newspapers and industry specific publications.
	Phone interview candidates for assignments.
	Schedule appointments for interview and testing, if we have not already interviewed candidates for positions.
	Fax or email resumes, if your staff would like to prescreen applicants.
	Schedule appointments with your designated staff subsequent to approval of submission.
	We will be in constant contact with you during this process to ensure total communications and absolute quality control.
