Interviewing and Testing Process
Interviewing
When we have recruited for a number of similar positions for a single corporation, we
have found it works best to develop a "structured" set of interview questions
with the client company to identify the key elements required for each individual
position. Subsequent to this development, we personally interview each candidate and only
refer those individuals meeting all the required criteria, as determined by you.
Testing Procedures
We have a number of reliable, valid testing instruments that measure basic job-related
math and verbal skills, vocabulary, speed and accuracy for details, reasoning, grammar,
spelling, word use, typing, word processing, and personality style, etc. that we use to evaluate prospective
employees at the client company's request. We could utilize our existing resources or
would be agreeable to substitute any and all to comply with your requirements.
Prior to initiating a search, we prefer to personally discuss the required
qualifications and skills with the immediate supervisor, if possible, to better understand
his/her needs and requirements.
Reference Checking Policy
Prior to the employment of our candidates we complete either a verbal or written
pre-employment reference check. This screening process helps to validate the information
received from the applicant and highlight any past negative situations.
