Placement Follow-Up

It is also policy that a representative of Staff One follow-up with a phone call to the employee and his/her supervisor or the HR department after one day, one week and one month.

1st day Call the employee and supervisor or HR to ensure that the employee is at work and comfortable with his/her job.
1st week Call the supervisor or HR to see how the employee is performing.  Find out if they have any concerns or questions that Staff One may be able to answer.  Call the employee at home with any important feed-back.
1st month Call the supervisor or HR to check on the progress of the employee. Send the evaluation sheet to document the progress of the employee.
Staff One sends out an employee evaluation and performance sheet after every thirty days of employment and after a termination has taken place. It is sent to the employee's immediate supervisor or the Human Resources Department.  With this information we can track their progress and/or take appropriate corrective action, as needed.
