Call the employee and supervisor or HR to ensure that the
employee is at work and comfortable with his/her job. |

Call the supervisor or HR to see how the employee is
performing. Find out if they have any concerns or questions that Staff One may be able to
answer. Call the employee at home with any important feed-back. |
| 1st month |
Call the supervisor or HR to check on the progress of the
employee. Send the evaluation sheet to document the progress of the employee. |

Staff One sends out an employee evaluation and
performance sheet after every thirty days of employment and after a termination has taken
place. It is sent to the employee's immediate supervisor or the Human Resources
Department. With this information we can track their progress and/or take appropriate
corrective action, as needed. |
